Seeking an Antiracist Collective Partner for a YouthCare Project

Hi, how are you?

From our collective, we would like to apply to the new YouthCare call to develop an antiracist training event that involves the mobility of our team from Spain to another European country.

The project is based on the following diagnosis: the lack of opportunities for mobility and transnational exchange limits the ability of young people and antiracist collectives from Zaragoza (Spain) to generate situated knowledge and to build community from a feminist, decolonial, and antiracist perspective.

Within this framework, we would like to get in touch with another antiracist collective to partner with in order to jointly develop a training focused on decoloniality and situated knowledge.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the vision behind your proposal.

We are very happy to confirm our strong interest in partnering with you for the YouthCare call on behalf of Prosperity with Integrity, a community-based organization based in Albania. The diagnosis you outline, particularly the lack of opportunities for mobility, transnational exchange, and the co-creation of situated knowledge, strongly resonates with our own experience and practice.

Our organization works closely with young people and local communities, with a strong focus on social inclusion, empowerment, and community-based education. Your approach grounded in feminist, decolonial, and antiracist perspectives aligns closely with our values and ongoing work.

We are especially interested in jointly developing the training content and methodology, ensuring that it is rooted in lived experience, local contexts, and collective learning processes. Furthermore, we would like to confirm our availability and openness to act as the partner organization in Albania, including the mobility and training activities for the project. We believe that the Albanian context can offer a meaningful and enriching space for exchange, reflection, and community-building around decoloniality, antiracism, and situated knowledge.

We would be glad to receive more details about the YouthCare call requirements, the expected partnership structure, and the proposed timeline. We also suggest scheduling an online meeting to further discuss roles, responsibilities, and next steps for a joint application.

Looking forward to continuing this conversation and exploring a collaboration together.
