The online Pre-Forum sessions are open to all youth engaged in the YOU(th) CARE for CHANGE. The topics will be relevant to advocacy actions and campaigns and particularly useful for the upcoming 2nd Call For Proposals (2026) aiming to strengthen youth-led territorial advocacy initiatives.
While, for the selected youth delegate who will participate in the BalCARE Forum in Albania, participation is highly recommended, as participants will receive fundamentals that will be applied during the face-to-face Forum.
