Here are our answers to the asked questions.

  1. 1) Which topics of the territorial care agendas would you like to advocate for through the online/territorial campaigns? Why do you think advocacy and campaigning can support the implementation of the care agendas and foster positive changes in our society?
  • Given the thematic focus and interests of the members of the informal feminist collective Kontarhisterija, the topics we currently address and aim to further strengthen, include gender equality and the rights of LGBTQI+ individuals. Through awareness raising efforts and the creation of inclusive spaces in which everyone feels accepted, as well as through educational programs and workshops, we seek to effect meaningful change and provide support and a sense of community to those who may lack it. It is essential to remain conscious of the ongoing reproduction of gender inequality, which is often perceived as normative, to consistently highlight the detrimental impact of patriarchal narratives, and to engage in critical reflection on the social structures and discourses that surround us.

2) Which audience would do you think important to reach through the YC online campaigns and YC territorial campaigns?

  • We consider it essential to engage audiences of different ages and, naturally, of all genders. Issues of equality and rights concern every individual, which is why it is important to include as many diverse people as possible.

3) What would be your key goal and expected results/desired change to bring?

  • Through our participation in the project, we hope to actively contribute to the creation of a space for the mutual exchange of ideas and experiences. We aim to encourage open dialogue, inspire critical reflection, and strengthen collective engagement around the issues we address. One of our key goals is not only to foster new connections, but also to cultivate a lasting sense of community - a network that will continue to collaborate, initiate new projects, and support one another in driving meaningful social change. Our key goal is to contribute to the creation of an inclusive, supportive, and critically engaged community that actively promotes gender equality and the rights of LGBTQI+ individuals.

4) Who could support you - territorial or national connections , contacts, stakeholders- in spreading the online/territorial campaigns? In which way?

  • Our collective Kontrahisterija, as well as our campaign, could be supported by other feminist organizations and collectives in Serbia and region, as well as organizations working with queer and trans communities. They can assist us by sharing our campaign materials and posts through their social media channels, or by providing space for our workshops and activities.
